Difficulties

Found out yesterday that you need permission from the art department even to sign up for the major's prerequisite classes!  I don't understand why it is so many levels of hard to get into art classes.  Getting permission on Monday.  Hopefully.

A little stuck on the fanfic at the moment--but I'm supposed to be working on essays at the moment anyway, so...

Kinda bored.  Want to work on the fanfic. >:(

You have to have permission to get into an art class! What are they going to let you do in this art class, make copies of the necrinomicon? Bureaucracy at its finest.

According to a friend of mine, they have you drawing boxes. And sometimes hands and feet.

Blaaaahh, cursed essays. I will be ridiculously happy to be free of college and not have to write papers anymore. Though perhaps after becoming a working drone I'll miss it quite a lot.

I'm actually seriously considering switching majors over the amount of essays. >( It doesn't help that I seem to have a phobia of writing them.

Yeah... I'm an English major with an emphasis in writing... so the papers are pretty much entirely my fault.

Religious Studies isn't much better when it comes to writing. Three five-page papers each in two classes? >:V I didn't really realize how much writing I'd have to do when I signed on. But when I found out, I didn't think it would be a big deal. So I don't like writing essays. That'll change with practice, right?

NO. I honestly think I have a phobia of the process. It didn't get better with practice, it got worse, and it only marginally improved with therapy. :/

Yeeeaaahh... I honestly don't think the paper thing improves. Once I get them done I feel accomplished, but it takes quite a bit of work and I'm generally unmotivated and lazy.
