Bikmazi Story

Thought I'd write a little about the latest story I got knocking about.
It starts out with the bikmazi being more of a problem then usual. (A bikmaz is a thieving spirit.) One prince sends off a mercenary to seek a magic stone, that will grant a royal wielder the powers of the High King. He wants to use the powers to fight the bikmazi, who are really making pests of themselves.
There's also a princess who hire a mercenary to bring her the stone. She wants to use the position granted by the stone to allow her to marry the man she's in love with, instead of a prince.
Along the way the two mercenaries also meet a third contender for the stone--the "prince of the bikmazi".
I'm still not sure who actually gets the stone, but I'm sure I'll figure it out.
Anyway, characters!
There are two kings in the story, but so far only the princess's father, King Elanin, actually has a name. Neither has a great deal of characterzation yet. There may be a queen too.
Actually I haven't really worked on anybody's characterzation. I know their names and roles at the moment, tho.
Cyan is the prince's mercenary and Isa is the princess's. Cyan is a male warrior who was working as the still unnamed king's guardsman. Isa is a female barbarian who was travelling through the princess's kingdom. The prince is named Brandok and the princess is named Alyia. Alyia gets engaged to Brandok during the story, but she actually wants to marry Madosi. Madosi is your typical over-ambitious royal adviser, except he was smarter than most and actually worked on getting the princess to fall in love with him instead of leering creepily. There is also Izvrit, the so-called "prince of the bikmazi." He's an enthusiatic, slightly hyper-active but very cunning theif.
I'm also thinking of having an illusionist mage.
I shall post more art soon!
