Misadventures of Kain and Shi'Lee

The cover for all those Kain comics you've been reading!  My friend laetina  is going through all the games, so I figure I'll make one comic volume per game.  After I'm done with a game, I'll stick the comics together and put it up on my website.


And this is a Shi'Lee user.  They're from a nebulous story idea I've got.  They're sort of magic martial arts practitioners.  Shi'Lee is this energy that has a light and a shadow side, and people who are trained to use the energy must maintain a careful balance of the two in their souls.  Shi'Lee energy can be very dangerous, and can only be used if you've been taught how--and only certain species can even see it, though anyone can learn to use it.
